I know it sounds gross, but this treat is delicious. Jared smelled it and thought I had ice cream. Yeah, its that good.
This is my go to snack because it takes about 5 minutes including preparation and clean up. It has lots of healthy fats (which is extremely importantly for this breastfeeding journey). It also taste good which is important too.
I would call it a large snack/meal replacement. I will eventually blog about my calories/macros/diet.
Everything is an estimate, I am not a big fan of measuring, but I am aware of a portion, and try to use about a serving. However, I use one avocado in this recipe, and God makes some avocados larger than others; therefore, more coconut oil, honey, etc, would need to be used.
1 Avocado 1 Scoop of Jamie Eason's Peanut Butter Protein Some Organic Chocolate Chips (Some times I use cacao powder) Some form of Chocolate Protein (I used Vega this time) About 1 TBSP of Coconut Oil About 1 TBSP of Honey
I mix all ingredients together on the stove top until melted (this usually takes about 3 minutes) Normally, I eat it hot, but frozen is just as good.
Yes, it looks like something you would find in a diaper, but after one bite, you will be sold.
